Wayne Dyer
With things around us that seem negative imagine a place to explore all of the positives that surround us. My vision is to offer you that place. I’m a pescetarian who lives with meat eaters. I love yoga, Pilates, fashion, food and wine. I’m a Fitness Coach for www.marilu.com. This blog is designed to share with you positive reviews of things I am passionate about. So look around and I look forward to building connections with you!

My morning prayer
Everyone day I wake up I try to be a better person than the day before. As someone who went to church growing up every time the door was open. I felt like I was in the wrong place, I just couldn't be as judgmental as I was being taught. But I still have deep connection and knew in my heart was right. I still pray - and each day I start with this morning prayer by the amazing Marianne Williamson.
As I wake up this morning may Your spirit come upon me.
May my mind receive Your emanations, my soul receive Your blessings, and my heart receive your love.
May all those I meet or even think on this day feel better for it.
May I contribute peace.
May I serve Your purposes with all I say and do, today and always.
Please show me how.
Amen and I always add Namaste (which means the spirit in means salutes the spirit in you)
Have a beautiful day!

Quote for the day
I expect to pass through this world but once. Any good therefore, that I can do or any kindness that I can show my fellow creatures, let me not defer not neglect if for I shall not pass this way again.
